Tolle, echt römische Altbauwohnung in authentischem Viertel, Ausstattung schlicht, aber alles vorhanden. Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit: Hat am Anreiseabend shuttle organisiert und extra noch eine Palette Milch für unsere Kinder bereit gestellt. Verkehrsanbindung ein bisschen umständlich, aber überall hin mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln möglich. Insgesamt: Ein echter Geheimtipp!!!

După aprecierea mea, locația este …în zona 0 a Romei - adică la o distanță rezonabilă, de parcurs pe jos, către obiectivele turistice importante de vizitat în Roma!!! De asemenea apropierea de stații de transport în comun care permit deplasarea către orice obiectiv turistic!!! Locație curată, dotată conform descrierii de pe site!

Inoltre, la cucina era ben fornita di ogni comodità e di tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno per mangiare a casa, compreso microonde e lavastoviglie. Consigliato al 100%

La ubicación del apartamento es perfecta para pasar unos días en familia. Varias líneas de autobús cercanas en un barrio tranquilo. Varios sitios para comer o cenar cerca y un supermercado justo enfrente del edificio. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y las camas amplias y cómodas.

A very nice flat in the area of Via Flaminia - and Villa Olimpica, one street away from the pedestrian bridge. It is suitable for large groups of 6-9 people, it has 4 large bedrooms with very comfortable double beds and a sofa bed in the dining room hall. 2 bathrooms with shower and kitchen. It is very spacious, clean and pleasant, the furniture is new and the beds are comfortable. We went in a week with temperatures of 10-16 degrees and the flat is always a nice warm 19-20 degrees because of the hot water pipes over the main corridor. The hosts are very nice and friendly. There is a small lift for 3 persons. There are cookware, dishes, etc. oven, washing machine and dishwasher. Close to the site there are Conad supermarkets just opposite, or Carrefour or Tiger a short walk further, a small local market and several restaurants and cafes. The recommended transport to get to the centre of Rome if you have mobility problems or to walk down stairs is to cross the bridge and take the bus routes that stop just past the river that go to the Vatican or to the old city area.
